"I cannot explain how satisfied I was with Luv n Kare’s services. I had tough stains from a pesky puppy that I could not get out - and in fact, made worse - leaving my very new and nice wool rug with some tough brown and yellow stains! Luv n Kare promptly picked up my rug, and cleaned it beautifully. When two of the stains didn’t come out all the way, without question they came back and picked the rug up and did special cleaning on the house to remove the remaining stains. The rug looks brand new! They were extremely organized, communicative about pickup and drop off, flexible, and timely even though my pick up location is a bit far for them. I cannot say enough good things and look forward to work with them again!"

"Andrew is great to work with and really understands what he is doing. Protect your furniture and rugs once and he will come back as often as needed throughout the year to keep it looking good. No more need for me to troubleshoot how to get out marinara sauce or douse my rug in club soda."

"We had our living room carpet stretched and cleaned and it looks brand new. Susanne in the office was friendly and very helpful. Jonah was prompt, friendly and professional and did worked wonders on our carpet. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants a job well done."
